This isn't a downloadable skin, but seeing as the links are in the description, you can make it yourself.
Download the wallpaper from [link] by right-clicking on the image and hitting "save image as..." or something similar.

Then just pull up the ones you'd like (you can compare your options with the icon here to find the exact), and then drag them around until you're satisfied with how it looks.
